This Long Grove home was remodeled as one project: a white shaker kitchen with a blue-gray island, a primary bathroom with a freestanding tub and frameless glass shower, a second full bath with a double vanity and a charcoal powder room with brass fixtures.
A Kitchen and Three Bathrooms, Planned and Built as One Project
This Long Grove remodel covered four rooms: the kitchen, the primary bathroom, a second full bathroom and the powder room. They were designed together, so the finishes change from room to room without the house feeling pieced together. White shaker cabinetry, light tile and warm metal finishes repeat through the house, while each room keeps its own character.
The kitchen is the largest part of the project. A wall of floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets, glass-front uppers and a blue-gray island with seating for three give the room far more storage and a clear place to gather. Brass pulls run across every cabinet, and the light hardwood floor keeps the white cabinetry from feeling cold.
The bathrooms each take a different direction. The primary bath is built around its vaulted ceiling, skylights and window wall, with a freestanding tub on one side and a frameless glass shower on the other. The second bath fits a long double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower into a narrow room. The powder room switches to a charcoal vanity with brass and black accents.

Pantry Wall, Glass-Front Uppers and a Blue-Gray Island
The wall across from the range is now floor-to-ceiling white shaker cabinetry: tall pantry doors, a stack of drawers at counter height and glass-front uppers that run up to the crown molding. The same tall cabinets frame the stainless French-door refrigerator.
In the middle of the room, the blue-gray island adds drawers, door storage and seating on the pantry side. Long brass pulls on the island match the ones on the perimeter cabinets.
Range Hood, Tile Backsplash and a Brass Faucet at the Sink
The double-oven range sits under a white paneled hood built in with the upper cabinets. A white tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting run along the counters.
The sink run turns the corner under the window, where a brass faucet repeats the hardware finish, with the dishwasher close by. Recessed lights and glass ceiling fixtures with brass fittings light the island and the work areas.
Freestanding Tub, Frameless Glass Shower and Skylights
The primary bathroom has a vaulted ceiling with two skylights and a tall window wall that follows the roof slope. The freestanding tub sits in front of those windows with a floor-mounted filler and hand shower, and a black chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
Across the room, the frameless glass corner shower has a wall showerhead, a hand shower on a slide bar, a recessed niche and a pebble-look floor that drains to a linear drain along the front edge. Glossy light tile runs full height in the shower and wraps the rest of the room at wainscot height. A doorway beside the shower leads to the separate toilet room.
Double Vanity and a Tiled Walk-In Shower
This is a long, narrow room, so the layout runs in a line: a white shaker double vanity along one wall, then the toilet, then a walk-in shower at the far end. The vanity has two undermount sinks, a marble-look countertop and drawer storage.
The shower uses the same glossy rectangular tile as the primary bath, with a tall recessed niche, a hand shower on a slide bar and a frameless glass door. Wood-look plank tile covers the floor, as it does in the primary bath.
Charcoal Vanity with Brass and Black Accents
The powder room moves away from the white cabinetry used in the other rooms. A charcoal shaker vanity sits under a white veined countertop that extends to the side wall, leaving open space beside the cabinet.
A brass faucet, long brass pulls and a brass towel ring are set against a black-framed mirror and a black three-light fixture with glass shades. Crown molding and the hardwood floor connect the room to the rest of the main floor.

We recently finished having our master bathroom gutted and fully remodeled by Delta, and it turned out beautifully! I was very impressed with Kasia and her team from the very moment we got in touch with them. We got multiple bids for the project, and their pricing was extremely competitive. Kasia was very responsive throughout the entire process as well - answering questions over e-mail, text, or phone calls. Although the remodel did take longer than predicted, it was delayed due to reasons outside of anyone's control... and Kasia always kept us well informed about what was happening so we never felt like we were in the dark. My wife has pretty bad allergies that get particularly agitated by dust, and the Delta team took extra care to protect our house from any construction dust. They put up two layers of zipper-opened floor to ceiling plastic sheets to isolate the bathroom, cleaned up after themselves every single day, and - as a result - my wife's allergies never flared up once over the entire project. I was also really happy with how flexible they were. As the remodel was progressing, my wife and I sometimes wanted to make small changes that Kasia and her team were happy to accommodate. Many of these changes were done without any extra charges, and those changes that did incur an extra cost (like installing new electrical outlets) were priced fairly. I am very satisfied with the work that Delta did for my primary bathroom renovation. The contractors were very efficient and I was impressed with the care they took to protect my home while they worked, such as placing tarps over surfaces that they would be working around. Communication with them was great, I was able to get questions answered fast over text message or phone call. My project was completed in a timely manner and I have been enjoying the work they did very much! I would definitely be open to working with them again for additional for projects.
Delta remodeled our master bathroom. The project was complex and involved moving the toilet, shower, removing a soaking tub, and replacing all the surfaces and cabinets. Delta did a fantastic job in an unusual room with lots of custom work. The project was completed a year ago and still looks great. Even better, Delta stands by their work. Several months after our bathroom project was completed, we had leaking in another area of our home which we thought could be connected to the bathroom work. The plumbing issue ended up being unrelated. However, when the leaking started, we called Delta for help. Two Delta folks were at our house within the hour to figure out what the problem was and help us get it solved. I was very impressed that they were so concerned in making sure their work was lasting and that we were happy with the new bathroom. We ended up hiring them to fix the additional plumbing issue because we knew they would do a good job.
