• Fixture and hardware installation coordinated by our team
• Doors, drawers, and built-ins that do not operate as intended after handoff

If you notice an issue within the warranty period, contact us directly. We schedule a visit, document the concern, and resolve eligible items at no additional labor cost.

• Manufacturer warranties on appliances, cabinetry, fixtures, and materials follow their own terms
• Normal wear and tear, homeowner maintenance, and damage from misuse or third-party modifications
• Specialist scopes (waterproofing, HVAC, etc.) may carry their own warranty documents
