Highland Park Basement Finish: Oak Staircase
Highland Park finished basement with refinished oak staircase, traditional turned spindle railing, and integrated LED step lighting.
Scope of work
Highland Park lower-level buildout with a refinished oak staircase, traditional turned white spindle railing with mahogany handrail, integrated LED step and toe-kick lighting, white wainscoting on the lower level walls, and a refined living zone with traditional millwork. Moisture management and mechanical routing handled before any finishes.
A Highland Park lower level where a refinished dark-stained oak staircase anchors the entry into the finished space. LED strip lighting under each tread and toe-kick lighting at the base give the traditional turned white spindles and dark curved handrail presence without relying on overhead glare. White wainscoting panel molding wraps the lower walls throughout the level, and large-format light-toned tile flooring carries through the open game and seating zones below.
